Our Mission

Move4Three exists to make movement an effortless part of every school day. By embedding short, structured, sport-themed bursts into the classroom routine, we help children arrive at their learning primed for academic excellence and emotional wellbeing — no specialist equipment, hall or PE teacher required.

Platform Features

The Daily 3-Minute Routine

Every school day starts with a purposeful three-minute movement burst, split into three one-minute phases: Zone In (high-impact to get blood flowing to the brain), SAS (a sport-related movement), and Wellbeing Workout (breathe, stretch, reset). Designed to prime the brain for academic focus and emotional regulation.

Video Timetable & Check-Ins

A structured weekly timetable of movement videos across seven primary sports — Netball, Swimming, Volleyball, Cricket, Badminton, Football and Athletics. Teachers follow along in class and check in each completed slot to earn points for their class. No specialist PE knowledge required.

Lesson Builder

An AI-powered tool that generates tailored PE lesson plans in seconds. Teachers pick the sport, equipment, space, duration and class size, then choose a detailed plan or a quick-drills format. Every plan includes clear, easy-to-follow diagrams and prints in an ink-friendly light theme.

My Move — Teacher Dashboard

A secure teacher portal to set up a class, generate a shareable class code, manage student profiles, view whole-class stats, download a printable weekly plan, and track the class on the global leaderboard.

My Move — Student Programme

A student-driven training experience. Children (with parents at home via the class code) build their own 5-move challenges, tick off daily activities, earn points and reps, collect badges, build streaks, and print a progress summary.

Home Photo Check-Ins

Parents can snap one photo a day of their child doing a move, sent straight from the home-access class-code link — no login needed. Our AI vision check verifies it shows safe, active movement, awards +30 points (three times the +10 a click earns), then removes the image so teachers never have to review or store it. Clicking still earns points on its own, so no child is ever left on zero.

Fundamental Movements

A complete library of the movements every child needs — not just a few drills, but all the ways young bodies move: locomotion (running, jumping, hopping, leaping), balance and stability, object control (throwing, catching, kicking, striking), flexibility and sport-specific skills. Filter by space and equipment so every move is doable at home, in the playground or on the field.

Move Coach (AI)

An in-app AI coach inside each student profile that talks them through their chosen move, reps and technique — encouraging, motivating and adapting to the child.

Move Master Game

A card-flip memory game where children match sport movements to their teaching points. Built-in scoring and streak bonuses keep play engaging, and every game contributes to a global leaderboard.

Move Library

A moderated library of student-made movement videos. Submissions require a named register of featured students and parents, a signed school consent slip, and age-appropriate links (TikTok permitted for 16+). All videos are reviewed before going live.

Global Leaderboard

A ranked leaderboard celebrating individual students, classes, schools and countries by total points and reps — fuelling friendly competition and a sense of community across the platform.

Reward Ladder & Free Access

Schools unlock free-forever access by contributing approved pupil videos. Each milestone opens the platform to feeder schools and partner academy trusts, so the more a school shares, the wider the community benefits.

Built for Mobile & Safe

The app is optimised for mobile and native webview with safe-area insets and a native-style bottom tab bar. Student data is safeguarded by design: no student IDs or documents are collected, and home access is gated by a teacher-issued class code.

Why It Works

  • Brain-ready: short high-impact bursts increase blood flow and oxygen to the brain before learning.
  • Inclusive: works in any classroom space with no specialist PE training.
  • Home–school link: parents join the same journey through a simple class code.
  • Motivating: points, badges, streaks and leaderboards keep children engaged.
  • Safeguarding-first: no student IDs or documents are collected; video content is moderated.
