About Move4Three

Move together — three minutes at a time.

Move4Three is a free, curriculum-aligned movement platform built to help primary school children stay active, focused, and emotionally balanced through short, daily three-minute movement bursts. Designed to be slotted into the school day with zero prep, every session follows a simple three-part structure: one minute to zone in and get the blood flowing, one minute of sport-related movement, and one minute to breathe, stretch, and reset.

The platform brings together a peer-led video timetable, a searchable library of approved movement videos, an AI lesson builder for teachers, a personalised "Home Programme" training programme, and a global leaderboard that celebrates participation across classes, schools, and countries. By keeping each burst brief and accessible, Move4Three removes the barriers that often stop schools embedding regular physical activity into the school day.

Who it's for

Primary school teachers who want a ready-to-go daily movement resource, pupils who learn best when their bodies and brains work together, and parents who want to support their child's activity and wellbeing at home.

Who builds it

Created and maintained by Alex Collin and Craig Jones, with contributions from movement specialists Caroline Williams and Jasmine Collin, and proudly developed on the Base44 platform.

Our mission: empowering students through purposeful, daily movement.
