Alex Collin

Alex Collin

Founder & CEO

After 30 years in the classroom, I watched a steady and troubling decline in foundational physical literacy unfold. Year after year, secondary students walked through our doors having never swung a tennis racket, held a cricket bat, or mastered even the most basic core movements. I knew something fundamental had to change.

That frustration — shared by countless primary educators searching for ways to boost activity and focus without sacrificing teaching time — is what led me to create Move4Three.

To drive genuine buy-in, we went a step further: students take ownership of their movement at home, designing their own routines and climbing an interactive leaderboard that keeps them motivated.

I also wanted to support busy teachers, so we built the Move4Three Lesson Builder — an intuitive planning tool that makes lesson prep effortless while automatically generating school reports, so inspectors and headteachers can instantly measure movement, track engagement, and evaluate progress.

I firmly believe that movement is not a luxury or a break from learning — it is the foundation of it. When children move with purpose, they think more clearly, feel more resilient, and are far better equipped to succeed both in the classroom and in life. That conviction is at the heart of everything Move4Three sets out to do.
